Facilities Program Management

Functions

Provides integrated support for Facilities Division in the areas of Financial Planning, and Operations, Corporate Reporting, Invoice Payments, Grants and Funding, Facilities Legislation, Personnel Administration, and Database Network Application Support. Obtains and administers funding and promotes favorable legislation to increase funding and change state and federal policies favorable to the Facilities Program. Provides Financial Support to facilities program and projects for Construction Modernization, Maintenance and Operations. Processes invoices for Facilities Contracts. Provides Facilities Corporate Reporting and insures access to program and project related database information. Provides centralized Job Cost and Funding Support to Maintenance & Operations. Assists in planning and executing the facilities manpower and personnel program. Coordinate improvements in policy and procedures for all support functions.

Goals

Continue to aggressively pursue and maximize all alternative local, state and federal funding opportunities in support of the New and Existing Facilities program, and continue to improve procedures and processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of support functions throughout the Division.
