Our goal to complete 160 new construction projects within the next 5 - 10 years demands a team with dedication, talent and drive. The project team comprised of project managers, construction managers, budget and schedule staff, and administrative support staff are up for this challenge.

Project Managers are assigned to and responsible for each of the 160 new construction projects. Primary project management tasks include the preparation and monitoring project budgets and schedules, collaborating with other team members in Master Planning & Demographics, Real Estate, Community Outreach, Design, and Facilities Grants & Funding, and outside agencies including DSA and California Department of Education, in order to obtain information and documentation necessary to complete projects within budget and on schedule.
